About
Your Child Deserves to Feel Confident, Capable & Proud of Who They Are
And I’m here to help them get there — with mindset skills they’ll carry for life.
About Me
Hi, I’m Sindhu Chitanand. I spent a decade in the IT industry before realizing that the most important “systems” I could help optimize weren’t software, they were the mindsets of our children.
Today, as a Certified Wisdom Life Coach for Kids, I combine my professional background in problem-solving with my deep-rooted belief in inner strength and resilience. I help children aged 8–18 move past “I can’t” and navigate the complexities of growing up with courage, emotional intelligence, and a quiet, unshakable confidence.
From Software to Soul: My Journey
After a decade in the IT industry and raising two daughters, I realized my true calling wasn’t debugging applications but empowering the next generation. I reached a turning point where I knew I wanted to spend the rest of my life in service of humankind, making a lasting impact on individual lives.
Growing up in India, I was shaped by values of spirituality and inner strength. As I witnessed the immense pressure today’s children face, I realized that a child’s mindset is their ultimate “operating system.” This sparked a shift in me to follow my heart and provide children with the essential life skills they need to thrive, teaching them that their thoughts are their greatest superpower.

My mission is to empower kids and teens to discover their innate power, unlocking their full potential in creating a brighter future for themselves
Through the unique STORY Coaching Process, I offer tailored programs designed to help your child cultivate a growth-oriented mindset. I believe that children learn best when they are not just “told” what to do, but when they are provided with the specific tools and techniques to apply in their daily lives.
Our Journey Together Includes:
- The STORY Method: Share the story, Talk about how the story applies to their lives, Organize art projects, activities, Review with a Parent, Yes, confirm the knowledge at the start of each new session.
- Creative Skill-Building: We go beyond conversation. Through art, interactive activities, journaling and role playing, children get hands-on experience and they give children a visual reminder of the skill.
- Personalized Roadmap: No two children are the same. I tailor each program to meet your child’s specific emotional needs, whether they are struggling with school anxiety, social dynamics, or a lack of self-confidence.
- The Parent Bridge: Mindset shifts happen best when the whole home is involved. I provide parents with insights and “common language” so the progress we make in our sessions continues long after the coaching hour ends.
My goal is to ensure that by the time a child completes a program at ConfidentMindz, they don’t just feel better but they feel equipped. They leave with a personalized “internal toolkit” that helps them navigate the highs and lows of growing up with grace and grit.

A Little About Me Outside Coaching
When I’m not coaching, I’m a mom, a lifelong learner, and a lover of stories and spirituality. I enjoy reading, listening to inspiring podcasts, singing, and spending quality time with my family, cousins, and friends. These simple moments feed my soul and remind me why I do the work I do.
I’m also actively involved in my community as part of the mentorship team at the Mallige Kananda Association of North Texas, a teacher at Chinmaya Mission, and a volunteer at Sri Krishna Vrundavana, Dallas.
